Terms of Service & Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cloud Support Bootcamp ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Platform Rules. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cloud Support Bootcamp is a paid online educational platform offering courses and training materials related to cloud computing support, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. The Service includes:

  • 56 lessons divided into 7 months of learning
  • Video and text materials
  • Quizzes and practical exercises
  • Discussion forum and study groups
  • Completion certificates

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • NOT share your login credentials with others
  • Use your account on a maximum of 2 devices simultaneously

Device Limit

Your account can be active on a maximum of 2 devices simultaneously. Attempting to log in from a third device will automatically log out the oldest session.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

The Service is paid. We offer:

  • 7-day trial period with access to the first 8 lessons (Month 1)
  • After the trial period, payment is required for full access
  • Option to cancel and receive a refund within 3 days of payment

5. Intellectual Property and Copying Prohibition

All content, materials, and intellectual property in the Service are owned by Cloud Support Bootcamp or its licensors. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO:

  • Copy lesson content, quizzes, or materials in any form
  • Distribute materials via internet, social media, or other channels
  • Share downloaded PDF files or other materials with third parties
  • Record the screen or take screenshots for distribution
  • Resell or offer materials as your own
  • Use materials to create competing products

All downloaded PDF files contain a digital watermark with your data (name, email, download date, unique identifier). In case of detecting illegal distribution, we will be able to identify the source of the leak and take appropriate legal action.

6. Community and Communication Rules

When using forums, group chats, and other communication features, you agree to follow these rules:

6.1 Prohibited Behavior

  • Profanity and offensive language - using swear words, insults, or vulgarities
  • Insulting other users - personal attacks, belittling, mocking
  • Discrimination - racist, sexist, homophobic, or other forms of discrimination
  • Harassment and intimidation - persistent bothering of other users
  • Spam and advertisements - posting unwanted ads or promotional links
  • Inappropriate content - pornography, violence, illegal content
  • False information - deliberately spreading misinformation
  • Impersonation - pretending to be another person or company representative

6.2 Expected Behavior

  • Respect for other course participants
  • Constructive criticism and helpful comments
  • Using appropriate language
  • Reporting violations of the rules
  • Supporting others in learning

7. Communication Monitoring

IMPORTANT: By using the communication features of the Service, you consent to the monitoring of these communications by administrators. Monitoring is conducted to:

  • Ensure a safe and helpful learning environment
  • Enforce community guidelines
  • Prevent abuse, harassment, and inappropriate content
  • Protect intellectual property rights
  • Detect attempts to illegally distribute materials

Administrators may review the content of forum posts, group chat messages, and other communications within the Service. By continuing to use these features, you acknowledge that you have been informed of this monitoring and consent to it.

8. Account Suspension and Ban

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account for violating these Terms. Penalties include:

In case of account suspension, access to lesson content will be blocked for the duration of the suspension. The user will be informed of the reason for suspension and its duration.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Support Bootcamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
