All downloaded PDF files contain a digital watermark with your data (name, email, download date, unique identifier). In case of detecting illegal distribution, we will be able to identify the source of the leak and take appropriate legal action.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account for violating these Terms. Penalties include:

In case of account suspension, access to lesson content will be blocked for the duration of the suspension. The user will be informed of the reason for suspension and its duration.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Support Bootcamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
